Themed workouts, challenges, photo moments, and community fun that redefine what it means to train like a HERO.

Your mission is clear: show up in superhero costume, survive the challenge, and prove that you’re stronger than your fears.

How to Join:

  • Submit the Registration Form

  • Complete the Performance Hero Workout and tag @gritncode with #FrightAndFit.

  • Bring at least one friend

  • Refer five others via the contact form.

  • Each completed task = 1 raffle entry.

  • Complete all = 2 additional raffle entries.

Prizes:

  • 🎃 Grand Hero: 5 Group Sessions or 3 Personal Training Sessions

  • 🧛 Best Costume Hero: 1 PT or Reformer Trial Session

  • 👻 Team Spirit Hero: 2 Group Sessions (for you and a friend)
